Coronavirus and visiting services
This information for visitors to our services was updated on 01/06/23 to reflect updated Government guidance on coronavirus infection control.
The national vaccination programme has substantially reduced the risk of severe illness from Covid19 in social care settings. However, we continue to follow the guidance from the Government and our regulators the Care Quality Commission regarding infection control.
Key updates for visitors to all Avenues services:
- Temperature checks are no longer required on arrival.
- Visitors do not need to complete a declaration form, but will need to sign in using the visitors’ books on services.
