About the property
This is a fully accessible service. The house has large communal spaces and a secured and secluded garden. Plus, a large communal kitchen with dining area next to it. There is a communal lounge also. The service has its own vehicle.
Everyone has their own bedroom which is decorated and personalised according to their tastes and needs. Communal areas are decorated in discussion with the wishes of the residents as a group. The bedrooms are not ensuite, but there is a communal bathroom with specialist bath and other facilities around the house.
Person profile
This service is ideal for people with complex health needs/physical disabilities and learning disability. The service would suit people who are sociable or would like to build on this. It also allows people to have more than enough space to not feel crowded or pressured should they not wish to mix or socialise. At full capacity each bungalow will have five people.
