The vacant room is on the second floor and is a large double size room. There is an en-suite shower room/bathroom.
Each bedroom can be decorated and personalised according to individual tastes and needs. Communal areas are decorated in discussion with the wishes of the residents as a group.
The GP and main hospital is within a five minute drive. The larger towns of Orpington , Petts Wood or Bromley can be accessed via a local bus route. All towns having access to London via train.
The property has a mature sunny garden and has off road parking space for two vehicles.
