The house has a large communal kitchen and also a large secluded wraparound garden.

Everyone has their own flat which is decorated and personalised according to their tastes and needs and includes assistive technology. There is also an accessible communal kitchen. Communal areas are decorated in discussion with the wishes of the residents as a group.

The age range for this service is 25 plus and is of mixed gender.

This property is a specialised ABI service with fully trained staff specialising in this field. The service is fully accessible for wheelchairs.

The service would suit people who are sociable or would like to build on this. It also allows people to have more than enough space to not feel crowded or pressured should they not wish to mix or socialise.

Our support

Based on the needs of the people we support, we have a combination of one-to-one and shared support with two-to-one for all moving and handling transfers (using hoists). We have a shared sleep-in.
