This supported living service is a detached four-bedroomed bungalow. The home comprises of four single bedrooms, with a large shared accessible bathroom/toilet. There is a communal lounge and dining room, a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen and a laundry room.

The property has a large rear garden, and in the warmer months there are facilities available for people to enjoy the outside space. Everyone has their own bedroom which is decorated and personalised according to their tastes and needs. Communal areas are decorated in discussion with the wishes of the residents as a group

The service is currently home to three residents with a maximum capacity for four. It is suited to people 60 years plus and is of mixed gender. People are currently of mixed needs.

Support Hours at this service are both shared hours and some one-to-one to provide support with personal care, medication, upskilling daily living tasks, maintaining their tenancy and accessing day services.
