Avenues presents a spacious four-bedroom home situated down a quiet road. The house boasts a large open plan communal lounge and dining room with media systems and a games room. The property has a large rear garden and, in the warmer months, there are facilities for people to enjoy a barbecue.

Everyone has their own bedroom which is decorated and personalised according to their tastes and needs. Communal areas are decorated in discussion with the wishes of the residents as a group. 

Person profile

This service suits young people above the age of 25 who are very independent and have low support needs. This includes those with mild learning disabilities and autism. All three residents at this service have come from twenty-four-hour supported living and are now developing and enhancing their skills to become more independent.

Our support

Our ambition is for people to experience a sense of belonging, and enjoy a fuller life, no matter how complex their personal situation. That’s why all our support packages are unique, recognising the distinct needs, ambitions, likes and dislikes of each person.

As the people who live here are very independent, there are no shared overnight support hours within the service, and there are a low amount of one-to-one hours each week that help to provide support in upskilling daily living.
