The house has large communal spaces and a secure and a large wrap-around secluded garden. The communal spaces are fully wheelchair accessible.
Everyone has their own bedroom which is decorated and personalised according to their tastes and needs. Communal areas are decorated in discussion with the wishes of the residents as a group. The bedrooms are not en-suite, but there is a communal bathroom with an accessible bath
