About the property

The service features a spacious open-plan communal kitchen, a lounge area, and a large, secluded garden, with the ground floor fully wheelchair accessible. The available room is located on the first floor, so some independence with stairs is necessary.

Each individual has their own bedroom, equipped with an en-suite bathroom.. The ground floor rooms are equipped with overhead hoists for convenience. These spaces can be decorated and personalised to reflect individual tastes. Communal areas are decorated in discussion with the wishes of the residents as a group.

Based on the needs of the people we support, we have a combination of one-to-one and 24hr shared support with two-to-one for all moving and handling transfers (using hoists). We have a shared sleep-in and a waking night.

Person profile

This property is suitable for people with learning disabilities, with moderate to high physical and emotional needs. The service is fully accessible for wheelchairs.

There is no age range for this service and is of mixed gender.

The service would suit people who are sociable or would like to build on this. It also allows people to have more than enough space to not feel crowded or pressured should they not wish to mix or socialise.
