Help shape the future of Avenues: New strategy and how to get involved
Wednesday 6th of August 2025Avenues is building a new strategy – and we’re doing it together, with the voices of people we support, our staff, and our wider community.
The new strategy, which will include Autism Hampshire, will look ahead and decide what’s most important over the next five years.
It will guide the work we do and the values we stand for.
To make sure it reflects what really matters to the people connected to Avenues, we’re developing this strategy in partnership with the people we support, families, staff, and volunteers.
We want the strategy to be more than a plan – we want it to be a shared vision. That’s why we’re asking:
- What do we do well?
- What do we need to improve?
- What should our mission, vision and values look like?
Take part in one of our Coproduction Strategy Days
One way to get involved is by joining one of our Coproduction Strategy Day in September – dedicated sessions for people we support, families and colleagues to share ideas and shape the future together.

Why this matters
This strategy will shape how Avenues supports people, how we work together, and how we build on the strong foundations we already have.
It will also help us respond to the changing world around us.
We want the final strategy to be something everyone can believe in – because it was built together.
