Gender Pay Gap Data 2025

Wednesday 11th of February 2026

Avenues is a not-for profit organisation which works with autistic people, people with learning disability, and multiple or complex needs.

At Avenues we are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace, where all employees have equal opportunity to develop and progress in their careers.

As part of this commitment we have conducted our annual gender pay gap analysis in line with government reporting requirements.

Our data shows that we employ more females than males. Men and women have equal pay for equal work at Avenues.

There is no gender pay gap in our subsidiaries.  However, the mean pay for females working in our central services and bank employees shows that they are paid 4.4% lower than male employees.

This gap does not reflect unequal pay for equal work but rather the structure of this area of our workforce. The pay gap is primarily due to the fact that our pay analysis includes all employees from our most senior executives to zero hour employees in a single comparison.

The higher current proportion of men in leadership roles, and women in lower-paid roles, affect the overall average figures.

While our gender pay gap for the central services and bank employees is influenced by structural factors, we are committed to ensuring that all employees have equal opportunities to succeed at Avenues.
