Gender Pay Gap Data 2022

Monday 27th of February 2023

Avenues is a not-for profit organisation which works with people with autism, learning disability, and multiple or complex needs.

Our mission is to reduce the disadvantage people face through their disability, illness or injury, and we are opposed to discrimination of any kind.

This includes gender inequality, and we undertake an internal monitoring programme which focuses on recruitment and equal promotion opportunities and where there are gaps, taking positive action.

We address pay gaps identified, ensuring that women have an equal opportunity to undertake higher paid senior management roles.

We will be sharing this information about pay and gender internally, as part of our commitment to open communication with our staff.
