New group director appointed
Thursday 15th of October 2020Avenues has confirmed Caroline Neal as its new Group Director of People.
The new post will develop and lead the strategy to ensure the organisation continues to offer sector- leading careers.
Caroline was previously Head of Human Resources, and was appointed following a rigorous recruitment process by the Group’s trustees.
She has worked for Avenues for 15 years, and takes up the new post with immediate effect.
Caroline said “I know first hand what an incredible place to work Avenues is, and I’m really excited about extending our offer to more people who share our values and want to make a positive difference to others’ lives.
