Help us develop our new strategy
Wednesday 12th of March 2025We are now building our new organisational strategy, which will be launched later this year.
Our vision, mission and values statements, that represent our guiding principles and charitable purpose, will also be reviewed and developed after we welcomed Autism Hampshire into the Group.
The strategy and statements will guide the whole organisation in how it works, and what it prioritises.
To get this right, we need the support of employees, people we support, families, commissioners and partners, volunteers, and wider supporters, and have opened a survey to collect people’s views.

Once the strategy is finalised later in 2025, our teams will build specific plans around it, further guided by the mission, vision and values statements.
