A spooktacular celebration at The Friars!
Wednesday 12th of November 2025Witches, ghouls, and even a demigorgon came out to play at The Friars in Aylesford for a Halloween-themed celebration that was truly one to remember!
With Elvis and ABBA providing the perfect soundtrack, teams from across the South East — along with the people we support — danced, laughed, and celebrated an afternoon of fun, friendship, and fantastic achievement.
The event was all about recognising the hard work, dedication, and excellence of everyone in the Avenues community. It was a chance to come together, reflect on another year of amazing work, and enjoy a little well-earned Halloween magic!
A huge thank you goes to the brilliant South East admin team for their creativity, enthusiasm, and hard work in organising such a memorable event. From the decorations to the music and everything in between, their effort made the day extra special.
The celebrations also saw the recognition of our Employee of the Month winners — and a few extra surprises! Chief Operations Officer Dan Gower-Smith took to the stage, supported by none other than Dracula himself (Josh), to thank everyone for their dedication and to announce some very special awards for excellence.
