Board of Directors for The Avenues Trust Group

The Avenues Trust Group has a Board of Trustees. Each subsidiary also has it's own Board of Trustees with representation from the main Board of the Group.

Chair: Stephanie Stanwick

Stephanie has been a trustee of the avenues for 2 years working on a number if the Sub Committees over that time, so she has got to know the organisation really well. "I am delighted to have been appointed as Chairman, Avenues is a great place, it makes the people we care for our first priority, championing their involvement and participation in their local community all of which is so important given the environment now. It has great staff committed to the service and I have seen that over the time that I have been with working with the team."

Steph has had a long NHS career, with 5 years as a Chief Executive and 10 years contributing at Board level. She also has a nursing background. She has worked independently since 2005 leading a number of projects focusing on improving services for people around the country. She has particular skills in complex change management, service redesign, and a strong value based approach to managing and developing people.
