About us

Home Care supports over 250 people in the London Borough of Southwark and Medway.  The support enables people to carry on living their own lives in their own homes and, for most, this means maintaining their independence and their dignity.

We offer a domiciliary service with highly-trained staff to support people with complex needs, including people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health problems.  We also offer palliative care.

Home Care has been providing support for people in their own homes for over 30 years.  We have a wealth of experience in providing high quality care and support services with varied care needs including personal care and practical care and support.

The people we support include older people, people with mental health needs and dementia, people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and sensory impairments.

We also provide an enabling service wherever possible, to maximise people's independence and skills.  Practical care is provided to give domestic support to people in their own homes covering a range of tasks such as household cleaning, laundry, shopping, food preparation, dealing with financial transactions, etc.  Personal care tasks provided include bathing, continence management, medication management, etc.

All of our staff receive full training in dementia care as standard as a large percentage of the people we support suffer from some form of mild to severe dementia.

We pride ourselves on being able to effectively manage very complex and challenging care packages.  We have the skills to provide the support, monitoring and management of these types of packages.
