Lesley Knight

Chief Executive

Lesley has 25 years experience in Home Care provision.  She managed a large local authority Home Care service that was outsourced in 2001, becoming the CEO of Southwark Home Care, a charity that was set up to take over this work.  Southwark Home Care joined the Avenues Group in 2005.

Lesley was instrumental in setting up a specialist Dementia care project and works as part of the Avenues team to support Home Care services joining the Avenues Group
