Our services

The Avenues Trust Community Support Services is based at the Group head office.

• At ATCSS we offer community and home-based support to over 200 people with mental health issues, learning disabilities or physical disabilities.
• We also provide support services for young people with learning disabilities and autism.

The Avenues Trust Support Services is based at the West Kent office in Underriver, near Tonbridge, Kent.

• At ATSS we support over 200 people in small, registered care homes, providing personalised, 24-hour support services to people with complex needs, including challenging behaviour and profound and multiple learning disabilities.
• We run a registered nursing home for people who need long-term support with their mental health.

Southwark Home Care is based at our Rye Lane office in Peckham, SE15.

• At SHC we support over 250 people, providing a home care service, mainly for elderly people.
