Let's make Music!  

Community Futures Kent has been given a small amount of money by Kent Adult Social Services to put on some music sessions at the Stag Theatre in Sevenoaks. We will be working with Kent Music who are looking forward to working with us and putting on some sessions that will include the whole community. We want to welcome people who have recently come to live in our community who have lived in NHS Campus services. For more information about Kent Music, please click on their logo.

These sessions finished off with the band playing at the Sevenoaks Summer Festival - more details in the 'news' section. 

 

 

Our Launch Party

Community Futures Kent had its launch party in July 2010, which was a huge success. Over 100 people attended the evening, which included the Mayor of Swanley and Chairman of Hextable Parish Council. Councillors from Kent County Council were also among the audience. Guests heard from Trustees of Community Futures Kent, about its plans for the future and how local businesses and the community can help. Guests enjoyed listening to music from local band, Dinosaurs say Raa!
