Message from Peter Snelling, Chief Executive

Welcome to the home page of Avenues Trust Support Services(ATSS).

In ATSS we provide:

Residential care for people with a learning disability and

Enablement home care for older people

Our services are located in South East London, Kent, Surrey and Cambridge.

We are proud of our reputation for quality, reliability and service that is built on the commitment and skills of our staff.

With a strong commitment to staff development and team work we aim to continually seek to improve and be responsive to the changing needs and wishes of the people we support.

Over the last couple of years the services have achieved superb CSCI reviews - all of our services are either graded excellent or good. There will be a new approach to inspection by the new regulatory body, CQC and therefore maintaining and improving our scores will need to be a priority; and personalisation and changes to funding arrangements will be a particular challenge that will bring new opportunities for the people we support.

ATSS was formed in April 2009 as a subsidiary of The Avenues Trust Group.  ATSS is a registered company limited by guarantee and is also a registered charity.  In ATSS we are very fortunate to be governed by a Committee who take a great interest in the work that we do.  They receive reports about the services we provide and give advice and support on the key decisions that need to be made.
