Welcome to Avenues Trust Community Support Services. Here you will find information on how to contact us and about what we do. Most importantly, you will hear from the people we support, from their relatives and from staff about the difference we make in their lives. There are also some comments from the people who use our services and from our regulators.
We are one of the newer parts of the Avenues Group, but are rapidly developing our range of services and the areas we operate in. We work with people from 12 to 85 years old, with a wide range of support needs and interests.
At Avenues Trust Community Support Services we believe in putting the person at the forefront of all we do - let us show you how we achieve that and what a huge difference that makes to the lives of the people we support. We are really proud of the support our dedicated staff offer, but, most of all, of the every day achievements for people we support. Our photographs show the range of sports and social activities that people participate in; the stories tell you about what's different for individuals.
