About Us

The Avenues Trust Community Support Service (ATCSS) offers community based support to over 200 people with complex needs, including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health issues and autism.

We now have three domicilary care services in London and the South East registered with the Care Quality Commission.  Most of our support is to adults, but we also have young people's services in Kent and East Surrey for those aged 14 and over with a learning disability.

Support is based on each person's individual needs, and can be from a few hours a day to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our staff are highly motivated, professional and well trained.  Learning and development programmes for staff are fundamental to the way we support people.

ATCSS is committed to offering the highest quality services to people, supporting them to exercise the greatest possible control over decisions which affect them and for that control to develop over time.

Quality Assurance

Each service is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) which carries out regular inspections.  Avenues has its own quality assurance processes, part of which includes monthly audit of each service by a senior manager and stakeholder feedback.
