About us

The Avenues Trust Support Service is based in at our Medway Office, in Kent.

We support just under 200 people in small, registered care homes, providing personalised, 24 hour support services to people with learning disabilities, complex needs, including challenging behaviour and profound and multiple learning disabilities.

We also run a registered nursing home for people who need long-term support with their mental health. 

Quality Assurance

Each service is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) which carries out regular inspections.  Avenues has its own quality assurance processes, part of which includes monthly audit of each service by a senior manager and stakeholder feedback.
