'Kent Valuing People Partnership’ wins the contract to manage and facilitate the County’s District Partnership Groups

Community Futures Kent, along with East Kent Mencap and the North West Kent Advocacy Service will deliver this work together.
‘Voice for Kent’ will join with these groups in a new consortium in the future. Community Futures Kent will be working across Kent with a special responsibility for the District Partnership Groups in Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Malling and Tunbridge Wells.
Simon Goldsmith, Development Manager for Community Futures Kent said:“It has been a long journey getting to this point. I am delighted that Community Futures Kent is able to work with such great partners. I would like to pay tribute to the work of local groups so far and look forward to our work with them in the coming months and years to improve the lives of people with a learning disability and their families”.
The contract for this work begins in October and further information will follow.
