Both of the Optua Boards are looking for some exceptional people with the potential and desire to help each of them deliver a strategy that will ensure the continued growth and development of the organisation. Candidates will need the ability to engage in a complex organisation tackling a wide range of social issues along with a commitment to positive social change and a passion for the rights of disabled people.

The Optua EA Board is looking for people with financial and commercial business practice and human resource experience at a strategic level. In addition, both Boards require people with current marketing experience. We are particularly interested in receiving applications from people with the above skills and knowledge who also have a personal experience of disability but Optua welcomes applications from all sections of the community, whether or not you consider yourself to be disabled. This is a very exciting time to join Optua as we face an exceptional array of challenges and opportunities. This is an interesting, enjoyable and worthwhile opportunity that requires a minimum commitment of approximately 8 days a year. Reasonable expenses will be paid and training will be provided. For an application form and information pack, or for an informal discussion please contact Lauren Osman on 020 3535 0521 or lauren.osman@avenuesgroup.org.uk.
