Optua UK has a reputation for providing high quality care and support for individuals with acquired brain injury.

We are looking to recruit support workers across Shropshire who can work independently with our clients who have an acquired brain injury. You will support them to live in the community and to regain skills and independence.

Your role would involve being proactive in helping to further the clients interest and supporting them with activities both at home and within the community and sharing their creativity and thoughts in order to ensure they are best able to maximise their quality of life.

You will be working as part of a team to implement individually designed support packages and part of your role will be to offer flexible cover across a range of services. Flexibility to work some weekends, do sleep in duties and willing to take clients out is also desirable and having a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

We will offer you specialist training as well as continuing personal development.

No experience is required for this role as attitude and life skills are more important than previous experience in the care sector.
