Our structure
The Avenues Group is a charity pioneering specialist social care that supports people facing significant disadvantage through disability and illness so they can live full lives in their local communities. We support people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, acquired brain injury, dementia.
The people we support come first and everyone is treated as an individual. We offer people whatever level of support they need, whether it is 24 hours a day or just two hours support a week, for as long as they want it. We are realistic about people's hopes and needs and will go the extra mile to try and meet them.

Community Futures
Work with disabled people to help them get more engaged in their local community. It works closely with other services across the Avenues Group and provides many different opportunities for people to get involved or to have their say. This might include getting involved in music groups, local politics and sports activities or helping to make public facilities more accessible and raise awareness of disability issues.
Take a look at the Community Futures brochure to find out more.
